What are your cancellation policies?

Bookings cancelled more than 48hrs prior to booking date incur no charges, booking cancelled with less that 48Hrs notice will incur a 25% cancellation cost.

When is payment due?

A 25% deposit is require upon booking, the remaining payment is due the day booking starts.

How to you take payments?

Payments can be made via transfer or cash.

What if we run out of food/litter?

Ideally please ensure you leave enough supplies for your cat, if we run out I will of course buy what is required but there will be a £10 charge (plus the cost of the product)

Can we specify exact time of visit?

No, I'm often looking after several cats in various locations so this is not possible, however all morning visits will be completed before 11am am and all evening visits will take place after 4pm.. 

What if our cat gets sick/injured whilst we are away?

I will call you straight away to discuss what action is required, if the vet is required there is a £15p/h waiting cost, all vets costs are to be paid directly between the client and the vet. 

What if we don't make it home in time/extend our trip?

That's no problem at all, just let me know your new return date and make payment for the additional visits.

What if we come home early?

Firstly please let me know, it's no fun walking into someone's home when they are tucked up in bed! Sorry refunds cant be offered due the late notice of the cancelled days.
